While the oil does work...
While the oil does work it tends to leave me with a headache. But the gummies on the other hand work great with no lasting side affects. Both calm my anxiety and help me relax before bed or during the day if things get stressful.

So tasty! Love the gummies a little more than the oil but I think it’s just because I haven’t dialed in the right amount of oil just yet!

Great starter bundle
This is a great starter bundle if you want to try both and see what is best for you. I started with the CBD gummies at 10mg first and gradually added doses as needed. Realized I wanted an option of oil or gummies and this bundle is great. The taste is mild and not too sweet which I like. Highly recommend if you want to try both.

So far so good
